If you are interested for your child who is age 16 and over, they can take advantage of the student COVID-19 vaccination clinic given by the Midland County Health Department that will be held at the Jr./Sr. High School Auditorium on April 28th for the first dose from 2-4p.m. and the second dose on May 19th from 2-4 p.m. To sign up, use the form at this link: https://drive.google.com/file/... must be filled out and returned to the school office prior to April 28th. Parents are allowed to attend with their child if they wish, or we can call them down.

Again, these COVID-19 vaccinations clinics are completely optional and we offer them only as an option for those who are interested and their convenience. Please make sure if you would like to attend you sign up ahead of time so we may let the Health Department know the numbers of doses necessary.
