Remember last week's post of the 6th graders harvesting thei produce they grew for Culinary class? Hot out of the oven, Culinary students made pizzas with homemade pizza sauce that was made with the tomatoes that came from that garden! They also practiced their knife skills and made homemade fries with the potatoes (not pictured). We love to see our students collaborating! #LEADLikeAComet #CultivatingCometConnections #growingforthefuture

Volleyball bake sale fundraiser tomorrow at the football game!

What does leadership look like at the elementary school? Some of the oldest students in the building recently helped one of the youngest students in the building by modeling good behavior. We're so proud of how our Comets collaborate! #LEADLikeAComet

The 6th grade has been busy tending to the raised garden beds at the elementary school.
Elementary students planted the beds in the spring with plants grown by the Agriscience students. Now, we are harvesting tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, and peppers! Chef Moore from our Culinary class came to visit the 6th grade to answer our questions and to pick up our produce donation. We can’t wait to hear what they make! #growingforthefuture
